The controls on the Flash movie above are quite nice to have and convenient for the viewer, as many web viewers want to stop at a picture and people also like to interact with web sites. However, our preferred option is to have either no controls or a Flash movie that loads from an external FLV (Flash Video) file located on the remote websites server.

The last two options without controls enable a number of benefits, including faster load times, better possiblities of web exposure, due to the ability of RealEstateDemos to include detailed Meta Data within the Flash file, which remains invisible to the viewer, but may be indexed (read and memorized) by the Search Engine Spiders and Web Crawlers. As well, larger files can be used as the files without controls load faster.
