We have a fast and easy to use Photo Uploading Program and a second program which enables you to Submit Photos, as well as several other types of files (including audio) to us in minutes. Users choosing Pricing Package 1 will be provided with their own username and password to access these photo and file uploading programs.
Photo Requirements for Pricing Package 1
- The photographs you submit to us should be in either JPEG (jpg) or RAW format
- Your photos should have the following minimum size dimensions: 640 pixels wide by 480 pixels in height
- To make your tour as effective and appealing as possible, it would help if the photographs are as wide as possible
- A minimum of 15 photographs and up to 50 photographs will better enable us to make the best virtual tour and photo gallery for your listing

Real Estate Demos is an authorized real estate virtual tour provider for Realtor.com. We will submit a Virtual Tour Link for your listing to Realtor.com with the likely presumption that your Virtual Tour Link will be included on the Realtor.com web site. However, Real Estate Demos cannot and does not guarantee that your Virtual Tour Link will be included on the Realtor.com web site. For Real Estate Demos to submit a Virtual Tour Link to Realtor.com, it is required that the Virtual Tour link directed to a web page and/or directory within the Real Estate Demos web site. Furthermore, any Virtual Tour Link submitted to Realtor.com, must be for a property that is listed by a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker.
